The CEO is responsible for overseeing the governance of Reachability Australia. Responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
- Reporting to the Board on service operation and strategy;
- Reviewing and implementing changes to policy and procedure;
- Communicating information to staff; and
- Liaising with key stakeholders, including government, media and community.
