As a support worker at Reachability Australia, you will be working within the community and be responsible for supporting the day-to-day needs of our clients such as providing personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance (including light household cleaning), social support, transport, and personal development. You’ll get to know your clients well, understanding their needs, preferences and aspirations, so you can support them to achieve what’s important to them.
Our goal is to provide our clients with high quality, individualised support. We’re looking for people who have experience in supporting people with disability who want to make a difference in the lives of others. We currently have positions available in the Caboolture and Redcliffe area.
Certificate III Individual Support Aged Care/Disability or studying towards the qualification highly regarded for these positions.

What are the minimum requirements?
Be eligible to work in Australia
Current “C” class Qld driver’s licence
A roadworthy, registered and insured vehicle
Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or current Yellow Card)
National Police check
A First Aid/CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate “Quality, Safety and You
